Club statement: Returning to football

Scarborough Athletic chairman Trevor Bull has underlined that the club are doing everything in their power to ensure a safe return to football at the FlamingoLand Stadium.

After meetings with Everyone Active and the club's security partners Active Security Solutions, the Boro are now focused on a smooth resumption in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Boro chairman said: "We are working hard, but we can't rush things, we have to wait until all the assessments are completed.
"Matchdays will be different because of Covid-19, we have to adhere to a great deal of recommended guidance. We appreciate that it is a frustrating time, we are just urging supporters to bear with us.
"It is vital that we keep everyone safe, and one of the things that will help is for everyone who attends games to wear a face mask.
"We will keep supporters updated as much as we can and as soon as our risk assessment is completed we will publish it on our website."
