Sponsorship

There are a wide variety of different sponsorship opportunities with the club, ranging from adverts on the weekly team sheet, to large ground advertising boards displayed all around the pitch. Please take the time to read the following information detailing the benefits of each sponsorship package and then decide which opportunities best suit you.

Match day Sponsorship

You or your company can sponsor a Scarborough Athletic Match or Match ball at the Queensgate Stadium. There are two packages to choose from:

Bronze Package:

Corporate hospitality in our suite at Queensgate.

Match entrance for up to 10 people (up to 3 people for ball sponsor).

The match day programme for each person with your companies recognition on the front page and a half page advert.

Half time food and refreshments throughout the match.

PA announcements recognising your company as sponsors (pre, post match and half time).

A match day memento for display at your company or in your home.

Your choice of man of the match.

Your picture with the man of the match to go on the website alongside a link to your company for further recognition.

Match sponsorship = £35 (net of VAT) per head for up to 10 people (minimum 6 people).
Ball Sponsorship = £35 (net of VAT) per head for up to 5 people (minimum 2 people).

Gold Package:

Includes all benefits of Bronze package in addition to:

Free leaflet advertising - we will print and distribute advertising for your company to fans at the match you have sponsored.

A pre-match meal in the club house, alternatively you can have your food in the sponsor’s box at half time.

Signed shirt presented to you by Rudy and the Man of the Match (Signed Ball for match sponsors) and the chance to have your photo as it’s presented to go up on our website.

Your company and a suitable picture to go up on our website in the dedicated sponsors section with a link to your company’s website for the current season.

10% off advertising boards or 5% off your next match sponsor

15% off advertising boards and 10% off your next match sponsor when bought together.

Match sponsorship = £50 (net of VAT) per head for up to 10 people (minimum 6 people).
Ball Sponsorship = £50 (net of VAT) per head for up to 5 people (minimum 2 people).

Player Sponsorship

Do you have a favourite player? Why not sponsor him for the season?

There are three packages on offer for player sponsorship, upgrades are available on your current sponsorship package:

The Bronze Package includes:

Your name or company and a photo next to the players profile on the website for the entire season.

Personal Bronze society membership, giving you full membership to the club for one year. You will also be the owner of one share and will be entitled to one vote at General Meetings and board elections. This also allows you the opportunity to stand for election on the board.

Free match entry for you and one other person to one home match of your choice within the season of your sponsorship.

First refusal to purchase your players kit at the end of season presentation evening, with the chance to have it signed. (Terms apply for those players with two or more sponsors.)

Bronze package =£49 (+VAT) per season
Cost of upgrade = £14 (+VAT)

 
The Gold Package includes:

Includes all benefits of the bronze package in addition to:

Your name or company and a photo next to the players profile on the website.

Have your sponsored player present his full kit to you at the end of season presentation evening. The opportunity to have your photo taken with him and the chance to have your shirt signed as a memento of your sponsorship. (Terms apply for those players with two or more sponsors.)

Free match entry for you and one other person to two home matches of your choice within the season of your sponsorship (includes the free match within the bronze package).

Gold package = £109 (+VAT) per season
Cost of upgrade = £74 (+VAT)

 
The Platinum Corporate Package includes:

All benefits of the bronze and gold packages in addition to:

Full corporate membership to the club whereby you will be assigned a £1 share in the industrial provident known as Scarborough Athletic Football Club Society Ltd. You will also be entitled to one vote at General Meetings and also in board elections. We will ask you to supply us with a suitable company logo which will included in the cycling list of our corporate members in the club website (viewed by thousands of football fans every month) giving you wide exposure to all who enter the site.

A dedicated link to your company’s website from our list of corporate member’s page.

Free match for you and one other person to three home matches of your choice within the season of your sponsorship (including the two free matches within the gold package).
 
Platinum Package = £219 (+VAT) per season
Cost of upgrade = £184 (+VAT)

Ground Board Advertising

Ground boards are a fantastic advertising opportunity for your company. Scarborough Athletic FC currently has an average attendance of around 450 for their home matches. However we also share the ground with Bridlington Town and therefore your company benefits from the extra Bridlington matches for free! The ground boards we currently offer are 8x2 feet and are situated all around the pitch. We can produce the board for your company or if you wish to provide your own board there is a reduced price.

The usual prices for boards are as follows:

Board Provided - £220

Board Produced - £330

However we are currently running the following promotions as the season is already under way.

The rest of this seasons Home matches (15 matches) = £120 (saving £100!)

Or if you want us to produce the board = £220 (saving £110!)

You can also come along to a match and enjoy our corporate hospitality for free (max 4 people)

Or upgrade to the full bronze match day experience for an extra £10 (net of VAT) per head. Upgrade to the full gold match day experience for an extra £20 (net of VAT) per head. Upgrades to the match day experience does not signify your company as the official match day sponsor or entitle you to pick the man of the match, however you will gain the same amount of recognition at our games as the official sponsors.

If you purchase a board for the rest of the season we will also give you next season at a discounted rate of 10%.
 

Website Advertising

Our club website, www.scarboroughathletic.com, receives over 25,000 hits per month. Have your company logo and a website link prominent throughout our site.

Rates vary depending on advert size and location.
