Signed for the club from North Ferriby United in 2008, playing in the last few games of the club's first season. His electric turn of pace and creativity has provided much ammunition for the Boro front men, as well as improving the goal scoring threat from midfield. Joel finished last season with a handy 11 assists from the right wing, as well as adding five goals.
