Boro programme gains national award?
Boro's publication gained 253 points and finished as Division One winner, whilst Thackley took the Premier Division title with 280 points.
Programme Monthly is the national magazine for programme collectors and enthusiasts, and calls on collectors and independant judges nationwide to decide the awards.
The award follows on the back of Scarborough FC's 2006-07 programme being awarded as Conference North winner.
Club director and programme editor James Hunter said: "The award is a testament to the dedication of the club to provide a quality publication for our supporters on matchdays, providing information and visuals from the Seadogs' events and matches."
"I'd especially like to thank Steve Adamson, John Horsley, Rob Bernard and Kevin Smith for their input, as well as Scarborough FC's former programme editors Nick Clarke and Richard Speight for their help at the start of the season."
Designs for next season's programme are already underway, with a more visual presentation, and Boro fans are encouraged to email in their innovative ideas for the new season's publication to James Hunter on [email protected]
