Third time lucky for a Boro vs Borrowash match.
After cancellations of the home game in December and the away game in January, Boro finally get to play Borrowash today after the pitch at Queensgate has been passed fit to play following doubts over the weather.
Despite a smattering of snow on the pitch, the sun's arrival this morning has ensured any patches will thaw out and a local referee has given the thumbs up for the match officials and Borrowash to travel.
Boro are expecting a bumper crowd for the game following a publicity drive recently, and the scheme of all under 16's being allowed free into the game when accompained by a full paying adult.
The Boro Buses - there are two travelling to the game - will be setting off at 1.30pm from the train station. There is no need to book and just a £2 return fares (£1 conc) will be charged.
