The funeral of former Scarborough FC President John Birley will take place at St Lawrence’s Church Scalby at 1.30pm on Thursday 10th December.
In line with current Covid regulations an invited congregation of only 30 will be allowed in the church.
The funeral cortège will be traveling through Scalby along Stoney Lane, North Street, turning right at the Nags Head and down to the church.
It is suggested that anyone wishing to pay their respects should line the route between the Nags Head and the church from 1.00pm.
