Ashton United Visit Scarborough

Boro host relegation threatened Ashton United on Saturday at the Flamingo Land Stadium, kick off 3pm.

The seadogs are back on home soil after a long trip to Stafford last weekend, hoping to put right the wrongs.
Boro will be without Wayne Brooksby after his sending off last weekend, his second red card in January. Brooksby will miss two league fixtures. Kian Spence remains doubtful as does loanee Kieran Glynn, who's injury sustained last week is being assessed. Chris Dawson returns to fitness and is likely to feature after playing some part last weekend. Meanwhile, T'nique Fishley has dual-signed for a Northern Counties club in a bid to get some game time.
Ashton, who beat Lancaster last weekend, are fighting to prevent a second successive relegation, however recent results have been hopeful. They will be looking to add to their unbeaten run, which extends to four games after seeing off Morpeth and Stafford.
There will be a minute's silence before the game to remember Jordan Sinnott. Jordan sadly died last weekend at the age of 25 and was only at the Flamingo Land Stadium two weeks ago with his Matlock teammates. Jordan was the son of former Boro defender, Lee Sinnott and has played with a number of the players from the two teams playing at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
The game kicks off at 3pm, with turnstiles opening at 1.30pm. The clubhouse will be open from 1pm.
