Chris Bolder Returns to Boro

Chris Bolder has rejoined Scarborough Athletic as the club's Assistant Manager. Bolder left Boro in November 2017 to take on the manager role at then Conference North side North Ferriby United. However, that ended in October last year.

Manager Steve Kittrick brings in his former player and assistant for a second spell at Boro and is delighted to have him back, "I'm really pleased Chris has agreed to come back and I introduced him to the players at training last night - plenty know him already from last season.

"He's learned a lot from his time as manager at North Ferriby and having him back will be a big plus for us".

Bolder is also excited about his return and is looking forward to getting back in the dugout at the Flamingo Land Stadium. "I'm absolutely delighted to be back. Scarborough's a fantastic, forward-thinking club with everything in place to do well. I've continued to follow how they've been getting on and have been to some games. Having had a year in management, I know that experience will help in my role with Steve and the players".

Boro are next in action tomorrow afternoon as they host their opening day opponents, Hednesford Town.
