Former Hull City Man Commits to Seadogs

Scarborough Athletic are delighted to confirm that former Hull City attacker, Will Annan has committed to the club for 2018/19.

The 21 year-old former Hull City, Tadcaster Albion and Scotland U19 player can play in midfield and up front. The 6ft 2" attacking minded player enjoyed the final part of last season on loan with North Yorkshire neighbours Tadcaster Albion after making his Hull City first team debut in the Caraboa Cup against Doncaster Rovers earlier in 2017-18.

Annan announced he was due to leave Hull City in May 2018 and Steve Kittrick has been chasing the young scot ever since after a nine year association with the Tigers. On speaking with the club, the club's ambition is what sold it to the young forward after receiving offers from elsewhere. The developments going on at the club and objectives for the new season in the Northern Premier League Premier Division made up Annan's mind, who is keen to climb the pyramid with Scarborough Athletic.

"It is about the long-term, this club is really going places and I want to be a part of that. I'm just looking forward to getting going now and meeting up with the lads at the kit launch" said Annan.

The club would like to welcome Will to the seaside and look forward to seeing the exciting young talent in action.
