May Board Meeting

25th May 2009

Unfortunately due to illness, holidays, work and other commitments only 5 directors were present at the May Board meeting which meant that the meeting could not go ahead as a minimum of 50% (6) directors have to be present for a quorum under our Society rules.

The meeting is being re-arranged for week commencing 8 June 2009 with the scheduled June meeting being held later in the month as originally planned.
